A great place and kids love it.....a fun time to be had by all....don't expect chinese buffet type price this is high quality food and an entertainment expierience.

One of my favorite places to eat in South Bend. Wonderful atmosphere & food. It's entertaining to watch the chef cook your food on the grill right in front of you.

I don't know how anyone could go wrong eating here. It's a completely unique experience that only the employees of the Mishawaka restaurant can provide, and I mean that in the best possible way! Sushi is fantastic, service is supreme and the food is amazing. A little pricy, but you get what you pay for, here. Can't rave enough about the egg yolk sauce. And the soup. And the salad. Try it, make a reservation and prepare to enjoy a fantastic meal!

What a nice place!! I love hibatchi since I was a child and enjoyed the show the food and the company!! It was such a lovely experience and the food was delicious. Our chef picked on me a bit but I enjoy that part about the dinner the most! Plus it was fun to be apart of the action. The drinks were delicious and service was on point. The interior design is so unique you'll have to check it out yourself. Be sure to make a reservation because it gets packed super quick! I went in a group of two and we still had a decent wait time but they have a bar you can enjoy and it was worth the wait I had a few Pina coladas and they were delicious.. its a place you should check out

Very great food and service! Really good drinks as well. My husband and I were there with the kids earlier this evening for the first time and it was very great experience overall! NOTE for families with young children, they do not have children's cups or drinks and although the children loved it, it's not the best choice to bring new babies or young toddlers. But this place was sooooo good, we all LOVED it :)

It was a very fun place to go the food was pretty good. I won't say awesome because they did mess up my order and it is a little bit salty in price but it was a fun place to go

Food and service is excellent as well as a fun experience for the whole family. Kids especially seem mesmerized by the tricks and antics of the skilled chefs as you watch them prepare your meal. I would recommend reservations but they aren't always necessary to get a table.

Love their Hibachi. I have had several different spots around the country but Hana Yori has the best cooks and crew and no one else has ever had the magic yellow goo for my shrimps... love that egg yolk sauce!

Excellent food, great prices, friendly staff (and hilariously entertaining table chefs), excellent atmosphere/mood. I've been eating here for at least two decades, and will always recommend. This place can get busy, so reservations are recommended.

Hana Yori was so amazing!! The way they presented the food and how they cooked it created a beautiful spectacle. We will definitely be bringing the rest of our team here for our next team night. We really appreciate the amazing customer service and spectacular show that was provided!! I ordered the aged fillet mignon and fresh lobster which came with an array of vegetables, rice, shrimp and mushroom soup. The hot saki was paired excellently with every dish, to be finished with a plum wine. The green tea ice cream left an amazing taste in the mouth as we left. Thanks again!

The best hibachi food around. The egg yolk sauce makes this place better than any other. We go for every birthday and anniversary. The cooks are fun and the staff is friendly.

Always look forward to a visit here. They were able to accommodate our group of 10! So huge kudos to the staff. What's not to like super fresh hot food and lots of it!We had everything from steak to scallops to lobster, shrimp and chicken. Really flavorful waves of food. Soup, salad some shrimp for a warm up then, vegetables and fried rice, finally whatever protein you ordered cooked to perfection. It was dinner and a show, it takes a while, but as should be expected. We'll be back! Until next time 😁👍Highly recommend

It's good, for the most part. Decor hasn't changed in years. Wear and decay is obvious on ovens. The food is delish, although, make sure your chef cooks the egg yolk sauce, well. Ours rushed, so it was cooked on one side. I would have given it 4 stars if the cook wasn't rushed and gave us 2 1/2 pieces of chicken. LOL 5 stars if there had been upkeep on the property.

Where we go for prom, anniversaries birthdays and New Years Eve. But get your reservations. This place is specual.. great memories here. Never ever a bad experience..onion volcano's, great knife juggling and a handmade origami tinfoil swan to take home you left overs. Its #1 6 stars *****. And my wife says cleanest bathrooms around ;) oh and the sake!

I have been coming here since I was a little kid, basically 25 years or so. Favorite place ever!!! I love the onion volcanos, the amazingly unhealthy but tasty egg yolk stuff they put on the shrimp, and the copious amount of rice and veggies.It's so good.

The entertainment is a lot of fun. But the food is so good. It's a little on the pricey side but I think it's well worth it

Overall great experience the wait was a little long so you should make a reservation and show up at LEAST 15 mins ahead of time. Food is excellent great portions and delicious

Hana Yori has Wild Alaskan salmon, free-range chicken, amazing fried rice, & delicious sushi!! The staff is helpful and friendly. Our hibachi chef was a lot of fun for our group.

This is a typical, good teppanyaki place that features skilled chefs entertaining while cooking up a delicious meal.Although the service was polite, the elder hostess was not. Also, there were only three tables seated with seven open, and yet they wouldn’t take us earlier than our scheduled reservations. This fact, coupled with a huge HELP WANTED sign at the entrance door suggests this business is struggling. It’s unfortunate, but it’s the sign of the times.
